Board Meeting, February 9th 2015

1. Last minutes

The protocol of the previous meeting 9. 1. 2015 were approved.

2. Payment of Metanet

Metanet was paid twice after a reminder. Pascal contacts Metanet to have the payment counting for the other domain (sosm.ch).

3. didok Zwischenbericht

Feedback from “didok-Stelle” for a survey we filled out for them about our use of the didok-list.

4. Survey from Uni-Frankfur

As soon as we get the final version of the survey, we will send it to our members as a test for them. They will use the survey on a broader audience after this test run.

5. Wikimedia Server

6. Location SOSM AGM

Biel, as we did not get any feedback regarding to Ticino as the location.

7. New Member

The new member is welcomed by the board.

8. Local chapter status

We will beginn again with the application and will ask at the annual general meeting for authorization to do so.

9. AOB

• We received an anonymous donation of CHF 200. The board thanks the generous donor.
• A donation drive for 2015 is started soon.
