The OpenStreetMap data set for Switzerland contains

• over 76’000 km of roads
• over 65’000 km of agricultural and forest tracks
• over 9’000 km of paved bicycle and foot paths
• over 22’000 km of unpaved paths
• over 600’000 addresses

More than 11’000 active OSM community members gathered the data and the data volume is growing over 20% per year.The oldest node in Switzerland that survived the licence change in 2012 is likely to be 172218 which was added on August the 15th 2005.
